Your first visit to our shop involves an initial consultation during which your stylist will ask a few questions to help determine the best haircut and style for you. They do take walk ins though, The appointment reminders are great as well. We arrived 10 minutes early and they took them in right away and after a little direction they offered me a beverage and snack while I wait. Great ambience and music as well. “I’ve been coming to X9 since its opening back on Story Rd. I came on a whim and have been searching for a good barber ever since I moved to the Bay Area. Needless to say that I’ve been coming back for the past 2-3 years. I wanted to take the time to write a review, especially for Daniel, because I have seen his business grow over the past couple of years. Him and his team have really invested a lot into this business and it is cool to see it really take off. I’ve been to plenty of barbers, but what I appreciate the most about Daniel is the time and care he puts into your hair. He’s like your haircut doctor—He fixed my hair (I’m not sure how) to where it’s easier to style instead of it sticking up all the time. He does a great razor lineup and you definitely feel pampered with the premium services. I can only speak for myself, but his haircuts definitely make me more confident!
Make sure you schedule your appointments ahead of time (probably at least a week in advance) if you want to avoid long waits for walk-ins.
